ADAGE
Go with God
———-
RESPONSE
Pray. There comes a time when you need to throw away the spreadsheets, silence the advisors, tear up the plan, and go with God. In the end, God is in control. We need to work hard to make plans but submit all things in the end to His will, authority, and glory. Give careful attention to your herds. You know your people by making time with and for your people. Keep in touch, show people you care, and learn the hearts of your employees so you can minister to them as you are able and lead them where they should go.
SCRIPTURE
Proverbs 3:5-6 Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding; in all your ways submit to him, and he will make your paths straight.
